Official fixes, adjustments and known issues since the demo, newest first. In our own words. Times are German time.
Sanctions for exploiting systems
Accounts that exploited systems and broke the operating rules were sanctioned. Further cases will be added to the same notice.
Fairness
Monitoring continues. Confirmed violations are handled under the operating rules, because they can hit the game economy and a fair game for everyone else.
Maintenance complete
Maintenance is over and the game is available again. Update the game from your library before you launch it. If the update does not show at once, close the client completely and start it again.
Adjustments
Hit detection across Krogal's attack patterns was improved.
Cheap Moonshine can be discarded again.
Mutual attacks are turned off at the Pioneers' Assembly Hall in the conflict channel.
Four quests in Diamond Shores can be abandoned: Weeping Dead's Doll, Gnoll's Doll, Seaglass Beach Lantern's Calling and Watcher's Village Lantern's Calling.
Hereafter Stone can no longer be sold. You can still discard it.
Dismantle settings for some items were adjusted.
Bug fixes
Meliot appears again, including in the cases where he failed to show.
The Altar of Seals can be retried, including when that was blocked in some situations.
The tutorial can be finished again, including where it used to get stuck.
Whispers are displayed again.
Known issues on launch day
On the morning of launch it was clear which bugs already had a fix and which were still under investigation. Part of that shipped with the maintenance the same evening. The shipped list is in the entry above.
Already prepared
Some players could not finish the tutorial.
Some bosses failed to appear again after leaving the area and coming back.
Further fixes were ready. That morning the time of the rollout was not set yet.
Under investigation
Malchuk: after a death the boss can fail to appear, or respawning can get stuck.
Quest progress after talking to NPCs, including at the Cliffs of Madness.
If the party disbands or the leader leaves before everyone moves to the next area, dungeon progress can get stuck. Until then, keep the party together.
Some keys are not shared with the party. Each member picks up their own.
Workarounds
If your character is stuck in the terrain: ESC, then Escape. If that does not help, restart the game, log in, and try Escape once more.
Unwanted chat languages can be filtered under Settings, Game Options, Chat Language Filter. A switch that hides the chat window entirely is planned.
Movement keys are meant to be freely reassigned. Moving to the party leader's channel is meant to get clearer. Both were still in progress on launch day.
Known issues
Some of the reported crashes are planned for the next patch. Further crashes stay under investigation.
If the game sticks during anti cheat startup, a screenshot and a support ticket help. Support is also in the ESC menu.
Linux and Steam Deck are not officially supported. Later support is still being looked at.
Stutter and frame drops stay on the Early Access work list. The cause depends on the PC.
Changes between the demo and Early Access
Producer Ham summed up what changed from demo feedback before Early Access. The core feel of combat, stamina, hit stun and pace, was left on purpose to a dedicated team for Early Access.
Bug fixes
A shader screen appears on the first launch, instead of a black screen.
Some disconnects and login errors from the demo are fixed.
Launching next to some antivirus software is fixed.
Multi monitor support and fullscreen switching were improved.
If upscaling or frame generation does not work, the game switches the setting itself and tells you.
Bosses no longer vanish behind walls or under the floor.
Skills pass through monsters less often.
Balance
Wall of Fire deals less damage. Bosses resist skills that scale with maximum health more strongly.
Wavesword attack power and growth were rebalanced. The Longbow's Fire Arrow was reworked.
Warhammer, Hatchet, the Elemental Staff lightning skills and the Berserker's Forceful Lunge were tuned.
Fatal Strike triggers more reliably. Slaughter no longer switches targets when used on a downed enemy.
Disarming with Parry costs less durability.
Trait trees gained new stat nodes, and four new Lunastones were added.
Content
The region is chosen from your location, and server names are clearer.
Servers in Brazil and Singapore were added.
Parties stay together across peace and conflict channels, and invites work on both. You can move straight to the party leader's channel.
Dungeon progress survives a disconnect in every Early Access region. Some solo sections can be played in a party.
Comfort
Ten interface shortcuts can be rebound. Camera Y inversion can be set separately for mouse and controller. A smoother camera rotation was added.
You can hold a stat button to keep raising the value. Ladders no longer spend stamina.
Glasses and masks can be hidden on helmet appearances. There are more character presets.
Support can be opened from the ESC menu. A chat language filter covers region and world channels.
A server in Brazil during the demo
At the community's request, the demo gained a server that is physically located in Brazil.
Content
In the server list it was shown under the NA category for the time being. The setup was still temporary. The location itself was Brazil.
Black screen in the demo
On demo launch, some players saw a black screen. The advice then: wait a while and do not close the game. Loading can take a while.
Known issues
If the screen stayed black after that, a ticket on the support page was the next step. For Early Access a shader screen was added so the first launch shows loading instead of a black screen. That is in the 29 October entry.
As of 6 November 2026, Early Access has been live on Steam since 4 November 2026 at 0:00 local time. Numbers and skills may still change.
