Terms of use

1. What this is about

These terms apply to the features on herom76.de that need an account, above all to content you share with others (community builds). You can read everything on the site without an account. The operator is the person named in the legal notice (Impressum).

2. Your account

The account is free. You log in with Twitch or Discord and only connect Aion 2 characters that are your own.

3. What becomes public

When you share a build, every visitor sees: your character's name, server and region, class, level, item level and combat power, equipped stigmas, skill levels, Daevanion and, if you choose so, your equipment, plus the name, purpose and text you add. The site reads the game data straight from the official character profile; you can't change it by hand, but you can read it again at any time.

4. Your texts

What you write stays yours. You allow us to show it on herom76.de free of charge and to let others share it via links. This permission ends as soon as you delete the build or your account.

5. Rules

Not allowed:

• builds of characters that aren't yours, or deliberately misleading details
• insults, hate, threats and content that breaks the law
• personal data of other people
• advertising, links to other offers, trading accounts, gold or items for real money
• promoting bots, cheats or other breaches of the game's rules

6. Reports and moderation

Every logged-in user can report a build. After three reports it is hidden automatically until we have reviewed it. We may hide or delete content that breaks these rules without notice and block an account after repeated breaches. There is no right to publication.

7. Deleting

You can delete your builds yourself at any time. If you delete your account under “My account”, all your builds, ratings and reports go with it.

8. No guarantee

Builds reflect the experience and opinion of their authors. We don't check them for accuracy and don't guarantee that they work in the game. Aion 2 is a trademark of NCSOFT; this site is a fan project and not affiliated with NCSOFT.

9. Changes and contact

We may change these terms. After material changes you agree again the next time you share. Questions and hints are welcome via the contact form. How we process your data is described in the privacy policy (Datenschutzerklärung, in German).
